Pre-requisite: Customer should be registered for Smega and be fully KYC compliant.
Card Activation:
Customer USSD Services:
1. Subscriber dials *173#
2. Select “Card services”.
3. Select “Activate card”.
4. Select card mapped to your account
5. Enter last 4 digits of your physical card.
6. Enter nick name for card (4 characters only).
7. Enter 1 to confirm.
8. Card activation successful, customer receives sms.
Wallet PIN Change
1. Dial *173#
2. Enter your current PIN to access wallet
3. Select Option 1: My Account
4. Select option 3: PIN Change
a. Enter new PIN
b. Confirm new PIN
5. PIN Changed successfully
